Event Details
The 2015 Child Welfare Primer will help CASA volunteers and program staff prepare for CASA Day at the Capitol. The morning sessions will focus on the latest happenings in the Capitol and provide information specifically on the issues that will be discussed during meetings with legislators. The afternoon sessions are open to all child welfare agencies and legislative staff. The 2015 CASA Day at the Capitol is geared up to be bigger and better than ever! Hundreds of CASA advocates from all over the state will be making appointments with legislative offices to spread the word about CASA and talk to them about bills that will be helping the children they serve.
